The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team full-time. This is not just a scheduling job. We want someone who can:

Craft narratives that position Fyxer Industries as a leader in outsourcing and customer experience.

Create engaging content (text, graphics, carousels, short videos) that tells a story and builds our brand authority.

Manage our LinkedIn presence (primary focus), but also explore opportunities on other platforms.

Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic ideas into content that feels human, original, and bold.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with company goals.

Write, edit, and post high-quality content for LinkedIn (company page & CEO’s profile).

Design simple graphics or coordinate with external designers when needed.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics.

Research industry trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Proactively pitch ideas for campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and case studies.

Requirements

Strong written English (clear, professional, human — no fluff).

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Ability to create simple, clean visuals (Canva or similar tools).

Comfortable working autonomously with minimal micromanagement.

Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and detail.

Bonus points if you have experience in B2B, outsourcing, SaaS, or customer experience sectors.
