JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a young, self-taught developer from the US who builds software and websites for clients. Beyond my freelance work, I'm developing several web applications (especially ones using AI) that are part of my long-term business plan. I'm really excited about these projects. While I need to focus my time and energy on the technical development and client work, I want to invest in getting help to accelerate these projects.

I need someone who can help with the not technical tasks while I focus on building. Content creation, community engagement, research, and getting these projects in front of people. Someone who can take initiative and figure things out without me having to explain every little detail.

This is my first time hiring someone to help me out. I've always been a one-person operation. But I'm at a point where I want to grow beyond just freelancing, and I realize that investing in help will accelerate these goals.

I'm looking for someone who's a self-learner, maybe a university student or recent grad who wants flexible part-time work. You should be comfortable using AI tools (super important for content quality), have basic English skills, and be curious about learning new things. If you're the type who has ideas and isn't afraid to share them, even better.

Here's how it would work. Completely remote, flexible hours up to 15-20 hours per month to start, weekly payments via Wise, and we'll begin with a trial period to see if we're a good match. You'll need a laptop, internet, and be available for weekly check-in calls.

I think this could be perfect if you're interested in startups and tech but don't necessarily code (though you could learn some basics along the way). You can learn about marketing, product launches, and gain some experience in how online businesses actually grow. Plus, since I'm just starting to build a team, you'd have real input on how things develop.

If this sounds like something you'd be into, fill out this quick form and I'll get back to you: ----------
