JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing home decor brand with a strong focus on structure, efficiency, and consistent customer care. To keep our service sharp and timely, we’re looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Rep to join our team. Start your application with I love Lights so we now you actually read this.

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages via email using provided response templates
- Maintain daily reporting at the end of shift
- Log updates and overviews in Google Sheets
- Work in Shopify to manage orders, discounts, and customer data
- While the main flow is template-based, any extra input or suggestions are always appreciated

What We Expect from You
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with Shopify and Google Sheets is required
- You’re organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- You can work independently and consistently
- You’re available 6 to 7 days a week, for 1–2 hours per day
- You’re comfortable with the given salary and are looking for long-term collaboration
