JOB OVERVIEW

Scope of Work
Your role will be to clean, optimize, and organize blog posts and related files.

Blog Cleanup (Main Priority)

You will follow a detailed SEO optimization checklist for ~90 blog posts. Tasks include:

Optimized titles, meta descriptions, and excerpts

Fix headers, short paragraphs, and formatting for readability

Update outdated info (e.g., 2023 ? 2025)

Add internal + external links

Optimize images (alt text, SEO filenames, correct sizes, brand colors, crediting Storyset)

Add source images from Storyset where posts are missing or inconsistent

Ensure consistent CTAs at the bottom of posts

Flag any posts that require major rewrites

Google Drive Organization

Set up a clean folder structure for blog drafts, images, SEO docs, and admin files

Rename files with consistent SEO-friendly naming conventions

Create an archive for old content

Maintain filing system on an ongoing basis

Trial Project (First Step)
Before starting the full project, we’ll begin with 3 blog posts as a test. If successful, you’ll continue with the full ~90 blog posts + Google Drive cleanup.

Requirements

Experience working with Squarespace blogs

Strong knowledge of SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)

Attention to detail with file naming, formatting, and organization

Comfortable with Google Drive + Google Docs/Sheets

Reliable, proactive, and able to follow a checklist consistently
