Photo retouching for Underwater Photos

In need of an experienced photo retoucher with a good eye for color, specifically. I am an underwater photographer and my images require the right touch to get accurate skin and water tones. The work will be occasional / gig-based, but with a 3-4 week turn-around time, the schedule is flexible. I am unable to guarantee a certain number of hours per week. The Spring and Fall are my busiest times of year where I'll have couple weeks worth of work at a time.
Must have latest versions of Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
