About Us
We are a Real Estate & Mortgage company with property management operations. Our team has reconciled accounts and implemented QuickBooks, and we are now looking to bring bookkeeping in-house. This role will not only support daily bookkeeping tasks but also help us develop processes and procedures around our accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions & reconcile accounts
Manage and update QuickBooks
Process invoices, expenses, and payments
Assist in developing bookkeeping processes & procedures
Support monthly reports and financial statements
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping/accounting VA experience
Proficient in QuickBooks (required)
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Good communication skills
Real estate/property management background is a plus
