JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer service representative for our helpdesk (phone support) around for different shifts. You may require to work around 25- 30 hours per week, including weekends.

We own and manage several websites. we are looking for a customer service representative who is able to handle incoming customer service inquiries on skype:

- follow up on inquiries over the phone on US hours;
- follow up on inquiries over e-mail;
- Difficult questions can be forwarded to manager for further review & follow-up.
- Take down customer inquiries and ask them to email us.
- check customer transactions and making sure they got the products
- know how shipping works in USA and other countries.

Virtual Assistant tasks -
While you are doing phone support, you are required to do some virtual assistant tasks like researching, transcribing, and many more.

You may also require to do call up potential partners and affiliates.

Requirements
- Ability to call and followup during business hours in the US, 10am EST to 2-3 pm EST
- A fast and reliable connection to the Internet.
- Speak and write English fluently.
- Turn on our skype and leave it on for incoming phone calls.
- may require to be flexible in the working timing and work during wee hours.

Workload & Payment
We have a budget of $2.50 per hour, and around 20-30 hours a week. We are growing rapidly and as our helpdesk workload/ call volume is large enough, we will increase the number of hours with you.
