JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable tea ---------- mber to help manage our daily delivery orders.

Responsibilities:

- Intake incoming delivery orders through WooCommerce

- Review and confirm order details

- Calculate totals and prepare invoices

- Send invoices via Email / SMS to customers

- Use Go High Level (GHL) for customer communication and follow-ups

- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth order flow


Requirements:

Strong experience with WooCommerce (order management, invoicing, tracking)

Familiarity with Go High Level CRM (customer communication, SMS/email tools)

Excellent English and communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-friendly

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple orders quickly

Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot basic software issues

Location: Remote / Flexible
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (based on performance)
