JOB OVERVIEW

We are a digital marketing agency based in Australia looking for a freelance email marketer to manage email campaigns, flows, and segmentation for our eCommerce clients.

This is a freelance, remote role paid on a per-email basis. Work hours are flexible, as long as the work is completed on time. We have a fun and cool vibe, and everyone on the team is supportive and easy to work with.

Compensation:
>$10 USD per email created and delivered
>Expected cadence: 4–5 emails per week initially with opportunity to go up to 20+ emails per week.

Responsibilities:
>Create and design engaging campaigns for eCommerce brands
>Build and optimise automated flows
>Perform advanced segmentation to drive open rates, CTR, and revenue
>Ensure high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements (Must-Haves):
? Extensive experience with segmentation and targeting in Klaviyo
? At least 6 Months of proven email marketing experience with eCommerce brands
? Strong portfolio showing flows, campaigns, and segmentation work
? Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
? Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
? Be open to feedback

Nice to Have (Bonus):
>Copywriting skills for high-converting emails
>Experience with A/B testing subject lines, flows, and send times
>Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
