Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven closer to join our team and convert warm inbound leads into our Skool membership group. Leads are automatically generated — your role is to engage, qualify, and close them into joining using proven scripts and Go High Level (GHL).
This role comes with a base salary of $200/month plus commissions. You will earn $25 per closed member on top of your base. This means you have stable pay, but your real income potential comes from closing.
Responsibilities
Work a consistent 6–8 hour daily shift engaging with inbound leads
Respond to inbound leads fro
Use scripts/templates to qualify and engage prospects
Handle objections and guide prospects to join our Skool group
Record each closed member into our Skool Payment Tracking Group
Update tags, notes, and lead statuses in Go High Level (GHL)
Coordinate with admin team for payments and membership tracking
Compensation
Base Salary: $200/month
Commission: $25 per closed member (paid upon joining)
The more you close, the more you earn. Consistent closers can easily multiply their base salary through commissions.
Requirements
Must be highly proficient in Go High Level (GHL) (non-negotiable)
Experience in online sales, closing, or appointment setting
Strong written communication skills (English)
Experience with Meta
Ability to work independently and consistently hit closing targets
Commitment to 6–8 hours daily
