JOB OVERVIEW

More Than a Job — A Place Where You Actually Matter

If you’ve been bouncing from gig to gig… posting content for companies that don’t really get it… and wishing you could finally find a place that values your creativity, your ideas, and your leadership — you’ve found it.

At Fresh Start, you won’t just be “the person who posts.” You’ll be the creative leader behind how we show up online, how our community grows, and how our message spreads. You’ll be the one driving bold ideas, guiding a talented design team, and creating content that doesn’t just exist — it makes people stop, watch, and connect.

This is more than a job. It’s a chance to build something lasting, with a team that thrives on honesty, collaboration, and results — and where your contributions truly matter.

What You’ll Take On:
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute bold, exciting strategies that drive attention, engagement, and conversions.
Manage our core platforms (Facebook & Instagram) — with room to expand into TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn as we grow.
Stay ahead of trends and know how to transform them into viral-worthy content.
Create campaigns that spotlight our mission of financial empowerment and business coaching.

Creative Direction & Content Creation:
Lead our design team (graphic designer + video editor) to deliver scroll-stopping, high-quality content.
Step in when needed to directly edit graphics or videos for urgent deadlines — and be confident doing it.
Brainstorm and bring to life content ideas that truly stand out online.
Write compelling captions and headlines that make people stop mid-scroll.

Community Building & Engagement:
Build and nurture our private Facebook Group community with fun, authentic, and interactive content.
Moderate the group to keep it active, supportive, and aligned with our mission.
Spark conversations, create challenges, and keep the community buzzing.
Be the connector that makes people feel part of something bigger.

Analytics & Growth Tracking:
Keep your finger on the pulse of performance through insights and KPIs.
Share regular reports with ideas and recommendations.
Always test, learn, and improve — because growth is the name of the game.

Who This Role Fits Best:
You know how to go viral — you understand what makes people share, like, and engage.
You’ve worked with coaches or service-based businesses before and know the space.
You have good taste — you know what makes content look polished, professional, and on-trend.
You’re proactive, organized, and can take an idea and run with it from start to finish.
You love leading a creative team and seeing ideas come to life through collaboration.
You’re skilled in Canva (our main tool), and bonus if you’re comfortable with CapCut or Adobe Suite.
You’re familiar with GHL for scheduling (and don’t worry — we’ll provide training and resources to help you master it).
You can take constructive feedback like a pro and use it to sharpen your work.
You care about results just as much as creativity.
You can write simple, effective scripts for videos, ads, or podcast content.

Bonus Points if You:
Have experience running Meta Ads that actually convert.
Have managed and grown a YouTube account (we’ll be launching a podcast soon).
Have a natural knack for storytelling that makes people want to keep watching.

Why You’ll Want to Join:
Because here, you’re not just an employee — you’re part of a team that feels like family.
Because your creativity won’t get buried in “corporate approval layers” — it’ll be celebrated.
Because you’ll have the freedom to innovate and the support to succeed.
Because you’ll get training and resources that help you keep growing.
Because you’ll see your work truly matter — every post, every campaign, every community ---------- nt drives real impact.
This is your chance to stop feeling like “just another contractor” and finally step into a role where your creativity, leadership, and voice shape something bigger.

A Note Before You Apply:
We want to be real with you. In the past, we’ve had applicants send us fake portfolios, hide their actual level of experience, or take on too many clients at once — and every time, the team has suffered for it. Deadlines got missed, projects fell through, and the people who were committed had to pick up the pieces. That’s not fair to the team, and it’s not fair to the clients we serve.

So please, when you apply, be honest about your skills, your work, and your availability. If you’re juggling so many projects that you can’t fully commit, this won’t be the right fit.

We’re not looking for “perfect.” We’re looking for someone who’s talented, teachable, and ready to grow with us. If that’s you, you’ll find a supportive team here that invests in you with training, resources, and opportunities to succeed.

How to Apply:
Send us your resume, portfolio, and a short cover letter telling us why you’re the perfect fit. Got content you’ve made that went viral? We’d love to see it!
