Marketing & Content Strategist / Video Editor / Creative Director (Remote, PH-Based)

We are a fast-growing beauty and aesthetics brand based in the U.S., now entering our next level of scale. We’re hiring a top-tier marketing professional from the Philippines who can take the lead in strategy, content creation, and execution across multiple platforms.

This is not your average social media job. You need to be comfortable taking full ownership : from content planning and copywriting to video editing and creative direction. Precision, speed, and aesthetic taste are non-negotiable.

You’ll work directly with the founder, who has built this business for over half a decade and is now building the team that will take it to the next level.

Responsibilities:

*Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads
*Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Story Ads, etc.)
*Write high-converting captions, hooks, CTAs, and emails
*Build campaigns around launches, guides, and special offers
*Design carousels or static graphics using Canva or Adobe Express
*Track performance data and adjust strategies based on results
*Communicate clearly and deliver on weekly goals without being micromanaged

Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand strategy
*Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
*Excellent English writing and copywriting skills
*Strong eye for visual storytelling and feminine aesthetics
*Fast, stable internet connection
*Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Drive, Trello, and Slack

Hours:
40 to 60 hours per week
Must be available for some overlap with U.S. Pacific Time

Salary:

PHP 35,000 to 56,000 per month
Performance bonuses available based on growth and campaign results
