Amazon Seller Central VA – Account Health, Listings, Reports & Data Analysis

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Amazon VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, account health management, and data analysis tools like Helium10.

This is a long-term position for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to helping us grow our Amazon business.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage Amazon Seller Central Account Health, including creating and following up on cases until resolved.

Update, optimize, and improve product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images).

Run Helium10 reports to analyze sales, competition, and keyword performance.

Compare competitors’ listings and suggest improvements to stay competitive.

Prepare data-based purchase order recommendations (based on sales history, velocity, and inventory levels).

Provide weekly updates and reporting on tasks completed and progress made.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central (account health, listings, cases).

Familiarity with Helium10 (keyword research, sales analysis, competition reports).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through until issues are resolved.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours.

Preferred Skills (not required but a plus):

Experience with flat-file uploads on Amazon.

Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting.

Previous VA experience with Amazon sellers.

Work Setup & Compensation:

Remote work (home-based).
