Virtual Assistant for Telemedicine Practice (Part-Time, HIPAA-Aware, Long-Term)

Job Overview:

We are a growing U.S.-based telemedicine practice led by a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with data entry, social media management, and administrative support.

This role requires someone comfortable handling sensitive medical data, who can communicate via text/chat during U.S. business hours, and is eager to learn tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Sheets, Canva, and EMRs.
Training provided. Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Type:
• Part-Time (10–15 hours/week)
• Long-Term
• Fully Remote

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• Must be available for communication during U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Occasional light weekend work (pre-scheduled)

Salary:

????Negotiable - Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal)

Responsibilities:
• ? Accurate data entry from Push Health to EMR
• ? Organize and manage digital patient records
• ? Social media scheduling and basic engagement
• ? Support with automated form reviews and template cleanup
• ? Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to draft captions or clinic content
• ? Assist with general admin tasks (Google Drive, Forms, etc.)

Qualifications:
• ???? Experience handling confidential or health-related data
• ???? Fast, clear text-based communication during U.S. hours (via Slack/WhatsApp/Google Chat)
• ???? Strong organizational skills & ability to work independently
• ???? Familiarity with Google Sheets, EMRs, Canva, and basic workflows
• ???? Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT/Claude, Typeform, Make, Keragon
