JOB OVERVIEW

Managing Director – Podcast Guest Manager (Equity + Small Salary)

We’re building Podcast Guest Manager, a mini CRM for podcast hosts that simplifies guest outreach, prep notes, and scheduling. This is an early-stage venture with huge potential, and we’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Managing Director to help us grow the business.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of building and scaling Podcast Guest Manager from the ground up

Lead product development and help shape the roadmap (initial features: guest database, outreach tracker, prep notes, scheduling, search/filtering)

Drive outreach to early podcast hosts, onboard users, and gather feedback

Manage day-to-day operations, partnerships, and growth initiatives

Help raise awareness, secure partnerships, and scale the platform globally

What We’re Looking For

Able to build products! Replit or vibe coding is FINE.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build generational wealth

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Comfortable wearing multiple hats (product, growth, operations, community)

Bonus: background in SaaS, podcasting, or CRM tools
