JOB OVERVIEW

Project Manager / Client Success Manager

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused Project Manager/Client Success Manager to support our network of Certified Consultants (CCs). This role is all about driving success—helping our CCs onboard smoothly, stay engaged, and achieve results. If you love managing projects, building relationships, and keeping teams supported and on track, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Onboard new Certified Consultants and guide them to success.

Serve as the main point of contact—answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with each CC via phone or virtual meeting.

Manage the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate and host Weekly Power Sessions (our weekly training program).

Support and help plan the Annual Symposium.

Respond to CC emails and provide tech support when needed.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new CCs.

Track performance, engagement, and share updates with leadership.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in project management, client success, or program coordination.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience with CRM tools, virtual platforms (Zoom, Kajabi, HubSpot, etc.).

Tech-savvy, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Event planning or training facilitation experience is a plus.
