Your Mission:
Cold call, prospect, and close deals with real estate investors and business owners (experience required).
Self-generate qualified leads through strategic outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific FB Groups.
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
Base Pay: $3/hour (~$480/month for full-time)
Commission:
$10 per successfully booked appointment
+$25 bonus if the lead converts into a paying client ($35 total per sale!)
Average Performers: $600–$1,960/month
Top Performers: $4,640+/month
Must-Have Qualifications:
1+ years of verifiable sales experience (be prepared to show proof).
Experience owning a quota and closing metrics in a previous role.
Native-level English proficiency (phone sales is a core part of this role).
Proven cold calling experience (B2B preferred).
Available for core collaboration hours, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
