???? Role Overview
We're looking for an Organic Digital Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on, non-client-facing role, working closely with our leadership and account management teams to bring campaigns to life.
You’ll implement strategies across organic social media, email marketing, review generation, and lead gen tools like LinkedIn Pro. This is not a strategy-only role — we’re seeking someone who thrives in the trenches of content publishing, performance tracking, and campaign management.

? Responsibilities
Execute organic digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, Reels, and email.
Manage platform-specific engagement workflows: monitor DMs/comments, invite interactions, track performance, and engage with thought leaders.
Assist in publishing and scheduling content (stories, posts, videos) across client channels using tools like SocialPilot or Meta Business Manager.
Support email marketing campaigns: formatting, testing, and list organization (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
Monitor and help manage online reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) with an eye on brand reputation.
Analyze performance data and contribute to internal performance digests.
Support project tracking in platforms like Asana or Slack.

???? Qualifications
10+ years experience in organic digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proven skills in publishing and managing campaigns across major social platforms.
Understanding of email marketing and reputation management best practices.
Comfort with using marketing tools like Canva, Later, Mailchimp, Google Business, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

???? Bonus Points
Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation, Employee Advocacy Programs, or UGC workflows.
Familiarity with tools like SocialPilot, Airtable, or Klaviyo.
Experience supporting influencer or micro-influencer campaigns.

Freelance/contract role (100% remote).
