JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based boutique tax and accounting firm helping business owners, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs streamline finances and reduce tax burdens. We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media / Outreach & Email Assistant to help us grow our digital presence, engage prospects, and support client communication.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Create and repurpose content into posts for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Business/ Personal Branding options

Design content from scratch or create templates to use. Templates and content ideas will be provide to help.

Edit short-form video content (reels, stories, shorts) using tools like CapCut or Canva.
Create static images or Carousels, Video Thumbnails

Content research and updated strategies for social platforms

Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice. (Will guide on prompts and brand tones)

Plan and schedule posts 1-2 weeks ahead.

Monitor engagement (comments/DMs), draft replies for review, and track analytics.

Outreach & Lead Follow-Up ( Send DM's on FB or from FB group posts and possibly IG or Linkedin)
Ie- 15-20 messages daily or 60/70 messages weekly.
Scripts are provided, open to suggestions and tweaks

Search FB groups to post in or track questions for us to reply to (training provided)

Send Friend requests to niche groups

Track and measure outgoing messages, response rates, booked appointments etc

Track leads in CRM (Excel, Trello or /HubSpot/ClickUp).

Send follow-up DMs/emails to webinar attendees, prospects, or referrals.



Email
Marketing

Assist with email campaign setup and scheduling in MailChimp, Flowdesk, or Kit (training provided).

Format newsletters and promos using templates.

Repurpose content (social posts, tax tips, templates) into email drafts with AI support.

Track open rates, clicks, and performance metrics.

Help maintain contact lists and segment audiences.

???? You’re a Fit If You:

Have experience with social media content creation and scheduling.

Know how to use Canva and have great design skills and at least one email marketing platform

Can edit short videos/reels confidently. ( B-rolls, Tweet style posts, UGC or lifestyle capcut templates)

Write clear, engaging content (social captions, emotional connections, hit pain points, + email copy). (Can use AI help)

Are organized and able to manage tasks in a CRM/project tool.

12–18 hrs per week to start (with growth potential).
Fixed weekly or monthly rates available)

Bonus: Experience in tax, accounting, or financial services content.
