Social Media Manager (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Thread)

I'm seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This person will be responsible for posting curated content, engaging with followers, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of how social platforms work.

Hours of working will be 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Key Responsibilities

Content Posting & Scheduling

Share and repost news, updates, and curated content from X.com to Facebook, Threads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Ensure posts are optimized for each platform (captions, hashtags, formatting).

Schedule content in advance to maintain consistent posting.

Community Engagement

Like, reply to, and engage with comments to foster audience interaction.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and brand-aligned tone in all interactions.

Monitor performance of posts and suggest improvements for engagement.

Assist with content repurposing (e.g., taking a post from X and adapting it for IG or LinkedIn).

Requirements

Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and X.com.

*Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. (Read and write English very well)

* Have to be familiar with Meta Business Suite

Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice.

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

*Experience in Canva or similar design tools for creating simple graphics.

Interest in finance, business, or related topics (a plus, not required).

Opportunities for growth with increased responsibilities over time.
