Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

We help realtors dominate their market by turning short-form video content into consistent inbound leads. We handle the strategy, scripting, editing, and posting — so our clients can focus on selling.
We’re growing fast and need a Content Operations Manager who will own the backend of client content production — keeping scripts, edits, approvals, and posting flowing like clockwork.
What You’ll Do
Content Workflow Management :
Oversee the entire content pipeline (script ? recording ? editing ? approval ? posting).
Ensure zero delays in deliverables by setting clear deadlines and accountability for each step.
Run QA/QC checks on scripts, edits, captions, and posting schedules.
Systems & Process Building :
Use ClickUp (or equivalent) to manage and track content status across clients.
Build and refine SOPs, request forms, and templates to streamline communication between clients, editors, and social managers.
Spot inefficiencies and propose automation or workflow improvements.
Performance & Reporting :
Track key content KPIs (turnaround time, error rates, client approval times, posting consistency).
Provide weekly dashboards and updates to the CEO + Client Success Managers.
Identify bottlenecks and fix them before they impact client delivery.
Team Coordination :
Coordinate between scriptwriters, editors, social media managers, and CSMs.
Ensure creative teams deliver on brand, on time, and at quality standard.
Run weekly production syncs to keep everyone aligned.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience:
Project management in an agency, creative, or operations-heavy role
Strong ClickUp (or Asana/Trello) and Google Sheets/Docs organization skills
Experience with short-form video workflows (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Familiarity with QA/QC processes for content production
Strong English communication (written + verbal)
