IT Specialist – Content & Data Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT professional to support us in the management, editing, and optimization of online content across various platforms. The role combines technical expertise with communication skills and requires a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Researching and applying technical solutions to manage and optimize online content visibility.
• Communicating with external platforms, service providers, and website operators
• Reviewing and editing user-generated content and platform entries.
• Monitoring content across multiple review platforms and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Handling sensitive cases with care, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of web technologies and online platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with high attention to detail.
• Experience with translation tools or AI-based text processing is a plus.
