Who We Are

German Forged Brands is a newly founded company. One of its products/brands is called Dial Dojo, an AI Sales Trainer platform we are currently building.

Your Role as a Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer at 3DT, you’ll help to build our modern, performant web app with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Currently everything we built, is build by me (Michael). That's why we need additional hands.


Your tasks include:

- Implementing responsive UI/UX with Tailwind CSS (or similar), focusing on accessibility
- Integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL), working with ORMs (e.g., Prisma) and relational DBs (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Setting up auth with NextAuth/OAuth and applying security best practices
- Owning deployments on Vercel (or comparable) and contributing to CI/CD (GitLab CI)
- Writing unit tests and, ideally, E2E tests (tools up to you: Vitest/Jest, Cypress/Playwright)
- Collaborating closely with Design/UX and Backend for clean, maintainable solutions
- Profiling and improving performance (Core Web Vitals) and developer experience

We Microsoft Teams for daily communication, ClickUp for Task/Project Management, and Github for code & CI.


Required Skills & Experience:

- Modern Frontend development with React and Next.js
- TypeScript with a focus on clean, maintainable code
- UI/UX & styling: Tailwind CSS (or comparable), responsive design, accessibility
- Backend integration: API integration, Prisma (or similar), PostgreSQL (or other relational DBs)
- Auth & Security: NextAuth or OAuth, security best practices
- Deployment & CI/CD: Cloud deployments (Vercel or comparable)
- Testing fundamentals: unit tests and ideally E2E tests (tooling offen: Vitest/Jest, Cypress/Playwright)

Nice-to-have

- highly AI driven focus, leveraging it as a programming tool, as a research tool and more (Augment Code, Windsurf, Cursor)
- if you do not have this skill, I will teach you personally ;) I currently use VS-Code with Augment Code nonstop

Our Tech Stack (Highlights)
- React (18+), Next.js (App Router), TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS, Headless UI/Radix (as needed)
- REST/GraphQL, Prisma, PostgreSQL (current database = supabase)

- Testing: mostly by hand or playwright ;)
- All kind of AI tools ;) (Augment Code, Windsurf, Cursor, Playwright MCP, ---------- , n8n, etc.)

- Payments via Wise to your bank account (no fees for you) using monthly invoices
