About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Policy Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring policies, compliance requirements, and client documentation are accurately managed and updated. The Policy Coordinator will work closely with our operations, sales, and client support teams to streamline processes and provide excellent support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track policy applications, renewals, and updates.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (carriers, brokers, etc.) to resolve policy issues.
Maintain organized digital records and databases.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding policy status, requirements, and next steps.
Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for management.
Support the team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Administration, Finance, or related field).
1–2 years of experience in insurance, finance, compliance, or administrative coordination.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or MS Office.
Experience with CRM or policy management systems is a plus.

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Must be available to work US hours - CST
There will be a two week training probational period.
