YouTube Creative Operations Manager (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Description:
I run the YouTube channel Wisdom Speaks (277K+ subscribers) in the Make Money Online / Self-Improvement space. I’m hiring a Creative Operations Manager to run our production pipeline so I can focus on scripting + filming.

This is not an editing role — it’s a management + systems role. You’ll be the link between me, our editors, and thumbnail designers, making sure everything flows smoothly and meets our quality standard.



Responsibilities:

Manage our Trello/Notion board (Ideas ? Scripted ? Filmed ? Editing ? QC ? Thumbnail ? Upload ? Live).

Assign footage + briefs to editors and thumbnail designers.

QC all edits against our Editor Playbook (pacing, captions, b-roll, sound). Approve/reject before it reaches me.

QC thumbnails against our Thumbnail Brief (clarity, brand consistency, mobile readability).

Upload & schedule videos on YouTube (title, description, cards, end screens, SEO basics).

Weekly analytics report (CTR, retention, subs) ? with notes & next steps.



Requirements:

Experience managing YouTube channels or content creators.

Strong eye for editing quality (must know what makes a YouTube video engaging).

Excellent English (written + spoken).

Comfortable with Trello/Notion, Google Drive, Slack.

Available 20–25 hrs/week with at least 2–3 hrs/day overlap with CET (Rome/Europe timezone).



Compensation:

Starting: $800–$1,200/month (part-time).

Paid on time, every month.

Long-term role with growth to full-time ($2K–$3K/month).

Bonus opportunities for performance milestones (viral videos, channel growth).
