UGC Outreacher for Skincare E-Commerce Brand

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in innovative skincare products that support skin health and target conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and seborrheic dermatitis. As we expand, we're looking to bring on a highly experienced UGC Outreacher to help us build a strong, authentic creator community around our brand.

Position:
UGC Outreacher (User-Generated Content Outreach Specialist)
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time to Start (with opportunity to grow into Full-Time)
Pay: $4 USD/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify and contact a high volume of suitable UGC creators and micro-influencers, primarily in the skincare and wellness space.

Build and maintain creator relationships with clear communication and follow-ups.

Manage outreach campaigns using Social Snowball and Instantly.

Coordinate onboarding and content agreements with creators.

Track responses, follow-ups, and conversions using organized CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams for alignment on brand tone and goals.

Requirements:
Fluent, near-native English communication skills (written and spoken) — extremely important.

Proven experience in UGC outreach with high-volume creator networks.

Familiarity and working experience with Social Snowball and Instantly is a must.

Understanding of influencer marketing, content trends, and creator relationship management.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-driven and resourceful — can hit the ground running without micromanagement.

Bonus Points For:
Background in skincare, wellness, or health-related products.

Experience creating outreach templates or UGC strategy frameworks.

Understanding of FTC guidelines and disclosure standards for paid partnerships.
