Position Overview
As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring new clients have a smooth transition from sales to our Success Manager team. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding workflow, verifying documents, coordinating with clients, and making sure every client is fully set up for success according to Helping Hands Financials’ SOPs.
Responsibilities
Monitor new client reporting and assign accounts to Success Managers.
Deliver daily reports to Success Managers on newly assigned clients.
Verify client documents in Credit Repair Cloud (CRC).
Coordinate with clients to provide pre- and post-onboarding requirements.
Assign lead ownership in Close CRM to the appropriate Success Manager.
Create Asana projects for each client and assign to the right Success Manager.
Organize and complete workflows based on HHF SOPs.
Ensure all assigned clients from sales complete onboarding within 29 days, or cancel recurring billing if not.
Confirm onboarded clients have created necessary accounts and have full access per HHF SOPs.
Compensation
$700/month during training
$800/month after 90 days

Requirements
Project Management: 2+ years’ experience
Customer Service: 2+ years’ experience (within past 5 years)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Reliable high-speed internet & quiet, professional home workspace (video calls required)
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Long-term mindset: we’re hiring for permanent staff, not temporary
Preferred (Not Required) Skills
Experience with Asana for task management and collaboration
Familiarity with Credit Repair Cloud or other credit repair software
Basic knowledge of FDCPA regulations and credit dispute processes
Experience with tools such as Postalocity, Adobe, and Google Suite
