Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This entry-level position focuses on
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted
Research and identify leads using databases, social media, and other tools.
Personalize
Track and update lead information in our CRM system.
Qualify leads and hand them off to Senior BDRs for follow-up calls.
Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills (professional, clear, persuasive).
Strong attention to detail and ability to personalize messages.
Basic understanding of sales or business development is a plus (training provided).
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools and
Fast learner with strong English skills who can adapt quickly.
Must be available to work 8 AM – 4 PM EST.
