Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant

About the Role
We need a self-sufficient Marketing VA who can run content from A to Z. That means you don’t just edit and post — you take ownership of strategy, scriptwriting, content creation (including AI avatars or self-created video), editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

Sometimes I will provide raw video; sometimes you will create the entire asset yourself (via AI tools, avatar videos, or personal editing). Your responsibility is to make sure all channels are filled with consistent, conversion-focused content that generates leads and sales.

Responsibilities

Build a monthly content strategy tied to business goals (GlobalScale AI, SitesIn10, Coaching).

Write short scripts for me (or for AI avatars).

Create videos with AI avatars, AI voiceovers, stock material, or your own production skills — not only relying on me.

Edit, repurpose, and adapt content for multiple platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YT Shorts, FB, X).

Design graphics (Canva/Figma) to support campaigns.

Manage posting schedules and engagement.

Connect campaigns with GlobalScale AI CRM (funnels, nurture, automations).

Monitor analytics, provide weekly reports, and optimize.

Research trends and suggest new ideas for growth.

Requirements

Strong skills in AI video creation & editing (CapCut, Descript, Runway, Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, etc.).

Proven content ownership: from idea to publishing without hand-holding.

Copywriting for hooks, captions, CTAs.

Social media publishing & platform management.

CRM / Funnel tools experience (GoHighLevel, GlobalScale AI, etc.).

Fluent English (German a plus).

Ability to create content with and without me on camera.

Organized, proactive, lead-focused mindset.

What Success Looks Like

Content calendar is live without me micromanaging.

I only record when absolutely needed — you create videos independently.

All posts tie into lead funnels in GlobalScale AI.

Weekly reports show growth, engagement, and leads generated.

Brand presence is consistent across all platforms.

Salary: $6–$9/hour (depending on skills & results).

Application Task (required):

Pick one of our offers (GlobalScale AI $247/month, SitesIn10 $997, or Sales Coaching $5K+).

Write one short script (max 30s) for me AND one for an AI avatar (same product, two perspectives).

Share how you would turn those into 3 different posts (captions, hooks, CTA variations).

Provide 1–2 samples of videos you created yourself (AI avatar or edited short-form).
