Sales & Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Position: Part-Time Sales VA (20 hours/week)
Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Philippines Time (9 AM - 6 PM Irish Time) (Days of the week to work are negotiable.) (no weekend work)
Contract: 3-month initial contract with potential for long-term growth.
Salary: $5.00/hour + 10% recurring commission on all closed sales.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to local Irish businesses during their working hours
- Handle WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups with prospects
- Convert warm leads from our list of lead-generation websites
- Present our monthly subscription services (average deal value: €500)
- Build relationships with local Irish business owners
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities

Tools & Technology:
- Use professional VoIP software to make calls displaying Irish numbers
- Remote control of mobile device for WhatsApp/SMS management
- CRM system for lead tracking and management
- Professional headset for clear communication / calls required

Compensation & Growth Potential
Base Salary: $5.00/hour (20 hours/week = $400/month)

Commission Structure: 10% recurring commission on every sale
- Average deal: $600/month = $60 commission per client
- Commission is paid monthly recurring each month to you for as long as the client remains active

Bonus Sales Commission Structure Earning Examples:
- 2 sales/month = $120 total monthly income (commission)
- 5 sales/month = $300 total monthly income (commission)
- 10 sales/month = $600+ total monthly income (commission)

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements: (Required)
- Excellent English - Native or near-native level required
- Strong phone skills - Confident, professional, persuasive
- Sales experience - Preferably in B2B or service sales
- Available 4 PM - 1 AM Philippines time (Irish business hours)
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 2 Mbps up/down)
- Professional home office setup with quiet environment
