Our main goal is to connect with property owners and sellers who have off-market properties for sale.

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily)

Your mission is simple: find real estate deals and connect with sellers. You will be actively posting, searching, and engaging online to bring qualified opportunities to our acquisitions team.

Core Responsibilities:
? Join 30+ Facebook and ---------- groups related to real estate, landlords, and FSBO.
? Post daily in groups with approved outreach messages designed to attract sellers.
? Search for and engage with posts from people selling their property.
? Maintain and post updates to our own company social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
? Start conversations with sellers and pre-qualify them using provided questions.
? Track and document all warm leads and send them to the acquisitions team.

Weekly Reporting:

? Number of posts made
? Groups reached
? Leads found and pre-qualified
? Opportunities handed off

Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

? Minimum 1 year proven experience in social media outreach or online lead generation (real estate preferred).
? Demonstrated ability to generate quality leads through Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
? Strong written English skills and professional online communication.
? Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly activity targets.
? Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and backup power or plan for outages.
? Experience creating basic images or short videos for posts (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
