I’m on a mission to create positive impact through coaching and content. I am looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and proficient Admin & Social media Assistant to assist me in growing a business on Social Media and Lead Generation. I need someone who is great at The tech and the digital platforms we use. I specifically work with men and women helping them to heal, rise and manifest (Mindset and Spirituality).
The Deliverables are:
-Help set up social media
-Manage social media content distribution (copy posts across
-Complete student enrollment process and update information in trackers and our CRM (We use System oi)
-Set up System oi
-Send
-Make sure Google drive stays clean and organised
-Lead generation accross all platforms
-Create & edit graphics on Canva
- Make PDF’s, ebooks etc on Canva
-Transfer data from the chat sequencing you do into an Excel spreadsheet and CRM
- Use Manychat and calendly to book clients
- Transcribe audio content for social media post
- Have the ability to call students if we ask you to

The Opportunity
The Social media & Admin Assistant will be responsible for helping with marketing by doing different social media tasks and performing administration work. You must be able to do a minimum of 4 hours a week and have the capacity to increase as I grow. So you must be willing to grow with the role.
Looking for someone who:
- Can do evening shift 8:30PM Sydney, Australia Time
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Casually help Sunday if needed, with videos set-up so they are ready to go the following week.
- Has the ability to work weekends if we ask
- Happy to do a weekly ‘Zoom’ meetings 1pm or 9pm Sydney time.
- Has the ability to increase hours per week if required
- You have a positive attitude, friendly and honest
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You speak and write English proficiently
- You take feedback well
- Strong memory
- Keen to learn new systems and office skills
- You are a quick learner
- Ability to identify errors and solve problems
- You love admin
- Willing to go the extra mile
- You may be asked to communicate and confirm students for our events over the phone and confirm assistants for our events
