Join Our Team as a Junior Content Operations Manager!

Are you highly organized and excited about keeping complex projects running smoothly? Soprano Media is looking for a Junior Content Operations Manager to oversee the workflows behind our content production. This role is less about writing and more about managing the process: coordinating freelancers, ensuring deadlines are met, standardizing quality, and making sure our clients receive high-performing, SEO-driven content on time.
You’ll play a key role in the business operations of content marketing, bridging strategy with execution.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage content production across a diverse website portfolio.
Build and maintain efficient workflows to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Assign tasks to freelancers, contractors, and AI tools (LLMs), and follow up to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Standardize content guidelines, templates, and reporting formats for consistency across clients.
Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to help refine client strategies.
Identify and manage external distribution opportunities for clients’ content.
Stay informed on industry trends to support clients’ positioning and strategy.
Serve as the operational link between strategy and delivery, ensuring projects move forward without bottlenecks.

What You’ll Bring
Educational background in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in content operations, project coordination, or digital marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2–C1 level).
Familiarity with content distribution channels (blog publishing, social media, SEO tools, website CMS).
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for managing freelancers and partners.
Ability to work independently while supporting a remote-first, international team.
