Counter-Strike Shorts Video Editor

We are looking for a highly motivated video editor who loves Counter-Strike (CS:GO / CS2) and knows how to turn raw clips into viral gaming Shorts for YouTube, TikTok & Instagram.

Your Role
Edit 2+ short videos per day (10–60s each) from raw Counter-Strike gameplay clips.
Add subtitles, sound effects, zooms, ---------- s & transitions to keep the pace fast and entertaining.
Work closely with our team, take feedback and improve each week.


Requirements
You must know Counter-Strike gameplay (clutches, highlights, terminology).
Experience editing fast-paced gaming content.
Editors working in PC software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut Desktop, etc.) are preferred.
Strong sense of pacing, ---------- s, and short-form attention retention.
Reliable, consistent, and available for daily edits.


Salary
$400/month starting (full-time), with clear potential for salary increases as you prove your skills and grow with the team.
Performance bonuses (up to +$100/month).
Long-term growth for the right editor.

Upload your final edit to Google Drive or YouTube Unlisted and send us the link.

Take your time — don’t rush. We want your absolute best work.
You have 5–7 days to complete the trial. After that, we will review all submissions and pick the best editors for the next round.


Hiring Process
Round 1: Trial task submission (this filters 75% of applicants).
Round 2: Shortlisted applicants get a second trial task + feedback ($10 payment)
Round 3: Final interview call with our team before hiring.
