Urgent Hiring: Phone Setter – Appointment Scheduling (Full-Time)

About Us:
At Sandbox Motion, we are helping businesses grow with email marketing, we are currently looking for a full-time Phone Setter to book appointments with leads generated from our Facebook ads.

We work on a commission basis to ensure we achieve the best results for our clients, and we need someone who can move fast and deliver results. Excellent English communication skills and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role are essential for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Making Outbound Calls: Dialing leads who have opted in via our Facebook ads and booking them into our sales team calendar

Qualifying Leads: You’ll determine if the leads meet our criteria only working in the b2b space

Working Across Industries: You’ll be speaking with prospects from a variety of industries who are interested in our email marketing services

What We Need From You:

At least 3 years of experience in phone-based roles, such as appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.

Strong English communication skills: Clear, concise, and professional communication is a must. NON NEGOTIABLE

Quick phoning : You need to be able to dial leads fast and make a connection within 30 seconds to 1-2 minutes of their opt in to ensure they book in with our sales team

Flexibility with Time Zones: You must be able to work US hours with some flexibility for UK timezone.

Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time role requiring dedication and commitment.
