JOB OVERVIEW

Team Information:
You’ll be part of the Marketing Team, collaborating closely with the Brand Manager, Listing Manager, and the COO.

Reports To:
Directly to the COO and Brand Manager

Location:
Remote (with minimum 4 hours overlap with US Central timezone preferred)

About Your Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Manager who can do more than just execute. We want a strategic operator who understands the bigger picture, thrives in complexity, and can lead with both data and initiative. As our Senior Amazon PPC Manager, you’ll own strategy and performance across thousands of campaigns. You’ll work directly with the Brand Manager and COO.

Your focus: eliminate inefficiencies, improve ROAS and TACoS, and create a clean, scalable system we can trust.


Core Responsibilities:
Own and leading the Amazon PPC strategy:
Develop and implement plans to achieve desired results driving success within Amazon’s ecosystem.

Own and leading the Amazon DSP strategy:
Develop and implement plans to achieve desired results driving success beyond Amazon’s ecosystem utilizing their next generation advertising platforms.

Properly balancing all KPIs while driving revenue:
Implement strategies that keep high value metrics front and center while exploring opportunities to drive growth.

Developing/Collaborating on internal advertising workflows:
Create and expand on our company’s processes and systems to create long-lasting, robust, and scalable workflows that can help other tea ---------- mbers.

Uncovering actionable insights for the Brand Manager:
Dive deep into the data and showcase opportunities for growth that have not been tapped
yet.

Coordinating with the entire team to achieve growth goals:
Help other tea ---------- mbers achieve growth targets when needed.

Auditing and improving campaign structures:
Execute standard and high-level tasks related to all Amazon PPC management.

Identifying performance bottlenecks:
Analyze reports quickly and accurately to implement strategies to tackle low-performing advertising.

Integrating advanced tools (3rd-party tools, custom spreadsheets, etc.):
Incorporate new tools that are not currently implemented into the workflows to make Amazon advertising more efficient.

Continually learning new trends and algorithm changes to Amazon advertising:
Keeping an open mind and staying up to date with the new methods to Amazon advertising.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing large-scale Amazon PPC accounts (6–7 figures/month in ad spend)
- Demonstrated experience in strategy ownership, not just execution
- Proven track record improving ROAS, TACoS, and driving measurable sales impact

Desired Experience/Background:
- Experience working in 8-figure Amazon FBA/private label businesses
- Background in performance marketing or paid acquisition beyond Amazon
- Ability to automate workflows using tools like Make, or Zapier

Desired Technical Skills:
- Expert with Amazon Ads Console & Campaign Manager
- Deep proficiency in third-party, industry tools
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong data analysis capabilities — able to model performance trends and projections

Desired Interpersonal Skills:
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action
- Comfortable operating independently without constant oversight
- Ownership mindset — proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions
