Dr. Jones’ team is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly independent Video Editor to edit long-form YouTube content. Your work will directly help us create high-performing videos that drive audience engagement and generate new business.

You’ll collaborate with our editing/posting team via Slack and Google Meet. Clear, proactive communication and accountability are essential—this is not a position for someone who requires heavy supervision.

Edit long-form YouTube videos to a professional, engaging standard.

Apply creativity to enhance pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.

Communicate consistently with the team and meet deadlines without reminders.

Work independently, managing your own editing schedule within agreed timelines.

Contribute ideas to improve video performance and audience retention.

What We’re Looking For

Proven video editing skills (portfolio required).

Creative thinker who can enhance storytelling beyond basic cuts.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.

Reliable, consistent, and highly responsive during work hours.

Availability

Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST (or a set schedule aligned with team hours).

Compensation

Hourly pay (rate discussed during the interview).

Fully remote with a flexible, supportive team.
