We are looking for a part-time VA (starting 10–15 hours per week, with potential to grow) to manage customer service and social media communication. You will be the first point of contact for our customers across
Tasks You’ll Handle
Reply to customer service
Reply to customer social media DMs (Instagram,
Track orders and provide updates using AusPost tracking
Follow up with happy customers to request reviews
Escalate unusual or complex cases to the founders
Future: help manage and schedule social media content
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English, clear, friendly, natural tone
Experience with Shopify or eCommerce (preferred, but not essential if quick learner)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram,
Customer service background preferred
Reliable internet and availability during Australian business hours (at least a few hours overlap)
Attention to detail, responsive, and easy to communicate with
