Graphics designer to create t shirt designs

We're looking for a graphics designer to design prints for shirts
Below are the specific details:

- The design samples will be sent to the designer to get an idea of what to produce
- Produce "final" designs of about approx. 50 shirts per month
- Designs are mostly text based, but with custom fonts and some editing required
- We will start by assessing the design capabilities and skills with a few custom designs sent by the designer
- Salary can increase depending on skill and workload

Requirements:
- Many types of fonts and clipart
- Has a eye for good design (we also have a set standard to follow)
