Commercial Real Estate Skip Tracer

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SKIP TRACER
$8-12/hour | 20 hours/week | Long-term position

We need an experienced skip tracer to find contact information for US commercial property owners.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years skip tracing experience (required)
• Experience with US public records and databases
• Knowledge of corporate entity research (LLCs, corporations)
• Excellent English communication
• Available during US business hours
• Proven 70%+ success rate on difficult cases

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research commercial property ownership structures
• Locate decision-makers behind business entities
• Use Secretary of State databases and public records
• Achieve 75%+ contact discovery rate
• Document research process and findings

TOOLS PROVIDED:
• Access to US databases (PropStream, Apollo, Hunter)
• Training on our specific processes
• All necessary software subscriptions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Someone who doesn't give up on difficult cases
• Systematic approach to research
• Experience with US business structures
• Ability to think creatively when obvious sources fail

COMPENSATION:
• $8-12/hour based on experience
• $5 bonus per contact above 75% success rate
• Long-term contract with growth opportunities
• Paid 2-week training period
