TikTok Shop Affiliate Video Editor

Hi! I'm looking for a highly skilled and creative video editor based in the Philippines to join my team. You'll be working
directly with me to create short/medium-form TikTok Shop videos designed to drive affiliate sales.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Receive batch raw footage and base script from me and edit into 60-90 second sales-focused TikTok videos

Use CapCut (mobile or desktop) for video editing

Research trending TikTok content, especially in the affiliate and product niche

Use trending sounds + Eleven Labs Al voiceover to craft high-converting videos

Produce 10 edited videos per day, using provided content (no filming required)

Continuously improve video style based on performance data and trends


Tools You'll Use:

CapCut - your main editing tool

Eleven Labs - for realistic Al voiceovers

TikTok/Shop/Spy Tools - for competitor research and trend spotting

Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok Shop/Affiliate, Reels, Shorts)

Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and the TikTok Shop ecosystem

AI tool Mastery- must be proficient in AI driven editing tools (Capcut AI, VEED, Submagic, Runway, Fliki, etc.)

Ability to match existing video styles and stay consistent with edits

Excellent English and communication skills (Spanish is a plus!)

Reliable internet connection

Can work quickly and meet daily output targets
