Quick Cargo is a Sydney-based freight transport company specialising in same-day deliveries, pallet transport, and nationwide freight services.
We are seeking a self-sufficient, motivated Business Development Manager to join our team full-time from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales or business development with western companies, and must be available to work Australian business hours.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and engage Australian businesses (construction suppliers, wholesalers, eCommerce companies).
• Run outbound outreach via
• Convert prospects into active freight accounts with Quick Cargo.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activity, and results.
• Consistently hit monthly targets for new accounts and revenue.

• Strong outbound sales background (cold calling, prospecting,
• Previous experience working with western clients (AU/US/UK preferred).
• Must be available to work Australian business hours (7am–4pm PH time / 9am–6pm Sydney time).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or supply chain sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience using sales platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, or other CRMs/automation tools.
