???? Position: Experienced Media Buyer (Meta & Fashion Dropshipping)

We run multiple ecommerce stores (general & fashion dropshipping) and are looking for a skilled Media Buyer to join our team. This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow into more hours and responsibility.
We are NOT looking for someone who just “pushes buttons” on Ads Manager. We need a strategic thinker who can read data, test new angles, and optimize campaigns to their maximum potential.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Daily management of Meta ads
Planning, launching, testing, and scaling campaigns (CBO, ABO, Advantage+, surfscaling, etc.).
Analyzing data, making decisions, and proposing new strategies/angles/AB tests based on real insights.
Managing ad spend responsibly, as if it’s your own money.
Reporting End Of Day updates in Slack so we can review and discuss results.
Working with sheets & TrueProfit (including attribution tracking).
Structuring, scaling, and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
? What We Expect From You
Proven experience in fashion/general dropshipping media buying — we’ve done $500K+ months and need someone at that level.
Mastery of CBO, ABO, Advantage+, surfscaling and scaling strategies.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data (Google Sheets, dashboards, attribution tools).
Knowledge of when to kill, scale, or iterate campaigns — and confidence to take ownership.
Discipline to check ads daily and ensure no wasted spend.
Experience in product research and creative testing is a big plus.
