We are a fast-growing irrigation company in North Texas looking for a rockstar outbound sales & relationship builder to back up our AI phone system, recover lost leads, and help us become the most trusted sprinkler repair company in our service area.
This is not a passive CSR role. This is an active outbound role—we want someone confident on the phone, persuasive in conversation, and skilled at building real connections with both homeowners and local businesses.
Work Schedule (Texas Central Time)
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
Saturday off
Sundays off

What You’ll Do
Call back dropped or missed leads from our AI phone system and lock in appointments (system diagnostics).
Re-engage past customers to schedule yearly maintenance and prevent competitor poaching.
Make hyper-local relationship calls to businesses (realtors, landscapers, property managers, etc.) to build referral partnerships.
Call community organizations, churches, HOAs, and volunteer groups to identify sponsorship and outreach opportunities.
Perform neighbor radius calls when we service a home (calling nearby homes with a special “while we’re in the neighborhood” offer).
Track all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
Submit a daily End-of-Day (EOD) report summarizing calls made, calls received, appointments booked, and opportunities identified.
Who You Are
You LOVE outbound calling and don’t get rattled by objections or hang-ups.
You understand sales psychology—how to assume the close, use tonality, and move conversations forward.
You’re fluent in English with a neutral or American accent.
You’re reliable, self-motivated, and treat every call like an opportunity to win.
You’re disciplined with reporting—consistent tracking and accountability are part of how you work.
You’re coachable and open to scripts, training, and feedback.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in outbound appointment setting or cold calling (real estate, insurance, SaaS, or home services).
Experience with CRMs, dialers, or outbound calling tools.
Knowledge of US home service businesses.
