CEO’s Right Hand for E?Commerce, Content & Community
Role Overview
You’ll partner directly with the CEO to scale our e?commerce brand(s). Your focus: extend our social presence, build an upper?funnel content engine (blogs, landing pages, community), and operationalize influencer outreach—while keeping projects, service providers, and our internal wiki/SOPs on track.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistance (CEO’s Right Hand)
Own scheduling, follow?ups, and action tracking with service providers and the internal team.
Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and next?step trackers; nudge owners for timely updates.
Light admin support (document filing, invoice coordination, research, procurement).
Social Media Growth & Community
Extend our presence on TikTok, Instagram,
Draft, publish, and moderate posts; reply to comments/DMs and escalate when needed.
Repurpose long?form content into short?form assets; maintain content libraries and UTM tracking.
Blog & Upper?Funnel Content (AI?Assisted)
Ideate and draft German blog posts with AI support; human?edit for accuracy, brand voice, and SEO.
Publish and format posts; create simple landing pages and lead magnets.
Build internal briefs for designers/video editors; coordinate revisions to hit deadlines.
New Sales Channels (TikTok & Co.)
Help launch/scale TikTok shop as a growth channel (organic content, creator collabs; support TikTok Shop where applicable).
Coordinate with creators for UGC; manage submissions and usage rights.
Track channel KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, assisted revenue) and iterate quickly.
Influencer Outreach & Relations
Identify German?speaking creators; craft outreach messages, negotiate collabs, and maintain an influencer CRM.
Prepare creative briefs, deliverables checklists, and timelines; ensure disclosure/compliance.
Nurture long?term creator relationships and regularly source fresh talent.
Forums & Communities (Reddit, niche boards)
Participate authentically in relevant communities (no spam); add value with helpful, well?researched answers.
Propose monthly topics and discussion angles; monitor brand mentions and sentiment.
Turn community insights into content ideas and FAQ updates.
Knowledge Base & SOPs
Keep our internal wiki (e.g., ClickUp) structured; chase owners to keep SOPs up to date.
Qualifications
German: C1–C2 fluency (copywriting quality) + strong English for team comms.
Experience: As a VA/Coordinator in e?commerce or social media.
Writing: Excellent German copy for captions, outreach
Tools: Confident with Google Workspace, spreadsheets; capable to learn project tools (ClickUp); Shopify or TikTok Shop; social schedulers; basic Canva.
AI Literacy: You use AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft, research, summarize—then fact?check and refine.

Nice?to?Haves
TikTok Shop operations (catalog, creator orders, promos) where available.
Klaviyo, basic SEO (keyword research, internal linking), and Reddit community experience.
Work Setup
Stable internet (?30 Mbps), webcam/headset, quiet workspace.
Availability to overlap with EU business hours daily.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Consistency: 100?herence to the content calendar; on?time deliverables.
Engagement: ER by reach, saves/shares, comments/DM response time.
Traffic & Content: Organic sessions from social/blog; landing?page CTR and lead captures.
Influencers: Weekly pipeline growth, response rate, cost per creator post, content quality rating.
Community: Helpful contributions logged/month; positive sentiment trends; high?value threads identified.
Ops Hygiene: Wiki/SOP freshness (last?updated dates).
