We are looking for some killer VAs who can handle multiple tasks at once and will be with our company for a long time.

We are not looking for someone who is here for quick money. We are looking for someone who will actively grow with us and the team and be very communicative with us about everything.

Eventually we want our VAs to be bigger parts of our team, hold equity, or become customer support managers allowing them for better salaries.

But what that requires is someone who is different, someone who is a leader, someone who is smart and intuitive. Most importantly, we want someone who is consistent and disciplined.

If you are someone who only works in jobs for just a month, we do NOT want you. We want someone who can stick with us till the very end, for years and years and years. We want someone who is able to see the future that they can have with us and our team because our goal is to achieve a point where every tea ---------- mber is satisfied with the work that they made. We have a very good eye for people who have potential and don’t and so if we see any sort of instances where you stop communication and stop being consistent, then we will immediately fire you and move onto the next.

There are 1000 applicants every year when we hire new VAs, what will make you stand out in comparison to the rest? Every year or two, we hire 1 new Customer Support manager and we want to see if you are capable of that position. However, for this year only, this VA position will only be opened to 1 person.
