We are a fast-growing German E-Commerce brand looking for a dedicated Video Editor to become a key part of our success story. Our brand is scaling rapidly, we already have a lot of UGC content collected, and now we are looking for the right video editor to become the creative backbone of our ads.

This is not just a short-term gig, it’s the opportunity to become our Main Video Editor, working closely with us on all creatives and playing a key role in the growth of a brand that is investing heavily in scaling and in its people.

Your main tasks:

• Edit and cut UGC videos into engaging ad creatives (15–60s)
• Add captions, sound effects, transitions, hooks
• Create multiple variations for A/B testing
• Prepare videos specifically optimized for Facebook Ads and ---------- Ads
• Implement clear instructions and ideas provided by our creative director
• Deliver work fast while keeping high quality

Requirements:

• Strong experience in video editing (Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads experience is a big plus)
• Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
• Ability to follow instructions and bring ideas to life
• Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
• Good communication in English
