Photo editing for female models. Video editing for IG, Tiktok and Youtube

1) Need someone who has experience editing photos for female models.
Must have experience with Lightroom, photoshop, Evoto
For photo editing, you need to have good presets.
Please share your previous work - IG handle, portfolio
You should be able to shortlist the best photos from the raw photos and edit them using Lightroom, photoshop and evoto for skin touching.

2) Need someone who has experience making short form videos for IG reels, Tiktok videos, and long form videos like youtube video.

For video editing, this is what I am looking for -

I shot couple of videos from my Iphone and Sony A74 camera. We are going to use the A74 camera's videos for youtube and the Iphone's videos for IG reels.

This is what I am looking for -
1) I need short IG reels made from the videos. Around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
2) IG reels need to have captions when they are playing.
3) The sound from the Iphone videos need to be synched with the A74 camera's videos because Iphone had a good microphone. So the sound quality was better.
4) Some videos need to have a voiceover while the video shows a scenic background. Sometimes you can show the speaker. But mostly a voice over for that video would be great. Imagine that the speaker is talking about Ireland and we are showing Ireland in the video while the Irish music is playing in the background with the speaker's voice also playing in the background.
5)Similarly we’ll make videos with the speaker speaking and we can play other videos clips in the background and also other music playing in the background. You can use your own music.
6) We need to make longer videos for youtube and shorter reels for IG.
7) We need to remove the pauses from the videos - for IG reels and YouTube videos
8) I expect around 8 long videos for youtube- around 30-40 mins after removing the pauses. The YouTube videos will be more like podcast videos. And 30 - 40 IG reels around 30 seconds to 1 minute.

You can also use your creativity for the videos, given everything above is already covered.
