JOB OVERVIEW

ALIST Agency is a rapidly growing real estate marketing company helping agents across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and beyond build their businesses through premium digital advertising and lead generation.

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant who can help me scale my outreach. This role will start with sending messages and building connections through social media, but if you’re ambitious and perform well, there will be plenty of opportunity to grow into higher-level responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing (Starting Out)

- Sending outreach messages on Instagram and LinkedIn using prepared scripts

- Managing multiple profiles across VPN/Chrome accounts (set up provided)

- Tracking conversations and updating spreadsheets with responses

- Assisting with simple admin tasks (basic data entry, list building, research)


Growth Opportunities (Future)

- If you do well in this role, there’s potential to expand into:

- Setting up client funnels and landing pages in HighLevel

- Managing Facebook Ads campaigns

- Building automations with Zapier & HighLevel

- Supporting with content scheduling (emails, LinkedIn posts, ad updates)

- Video/graphic editing (if skilled/interested)

- Taking on a larger marketing & administrative assistant role

- Pathway to management if you grow with the company


Requirements

- Strong written English (clear, fluent, natural)

- Organised and detail-oriented — able to follow processes carefully

- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and tracking outreach activity

- Reliable internet and ability to work independently

- Previous VA / outreach experience is a plus


Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or social media management

- Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel

- Interest in marketing, ads, and lead generation

- Any experience with CRMs, Zapier, or creative tools (Canva, video editing)


Role Details

- Part-time to start (approx. 10–15 hrs/week) with potential to increase

- Long-term role (6+ months) with career growth opportunities

- Training, scripts, and systems provided

- Paid hourly, with bonuses and expanded hours available as you grow
