TikTok Shop Content/Video Editor

We're looking for a video editor who specializes in optimizing TikTok Shop content through strategic editing and content repurposing.

About the Role
Transform raw footage into multiple high-performing TikTok Shop videos by implementing proven editing techniques and understanding TikTok's algorithm preferences. This role focuses on maximizing content value through creative reuse and strategic editing. The videos you will be creating look like this:

Primary Responsibilities:
-Edit raw footage following provided scripts and hooks
-Source and integrate compelling overlay images that enhance video hooks
-Create multiple unique-appearing videos from single footage sets by:
Varying video speeds strategically
Removing dead space and optimizing pacing
Mixing and matching footage segments
Making subtle variations that register as unique content to TikTok's algorithm
-Follow provided examples while maintaining high quality standards
-Meet daily video editing quotas
-Provide daily progress reports


Required Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of TikTok's algorithm and content preferences
Experience in short-form video editing, particularly for TikTok
Strong eye for selecting engaging overlay images
Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut preferred)
Ability to create multiple unique edits from single source material
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
*TikTok Shop editing experience is a plus*

Technical Requirements:
Reliable computer suitable for video editing
Strong internet connection
Proficiency with Google Drive
Access to video editing software
